You’ve probably heard that time heals all wounds, which might lead you to believe that if enough time passes you will feel better. That is misinformation. It is what you do with your time that helps you heal.
The actions incorporated in the Grief Recovery Method® lead you, with my support, through a healing process, which has a beginning, middle and end. The program consists of step-by-step lessons which are focused and progressive. Taking these actions lead you (the griever) to resolve the conflicting emotions surrounding the loss. The eight-week class does require commitment and active participation from you. It will require your attention, open-mindedness and courage.

Time: 7 one-on-one, via ZOOM, hour-long sessions with Ethel-Anne in Willowstreet, PA.
Effort: Completion of weekly homework assignments and participation in each session.
